Rebuilt, destroyed, burned and rebuilt several times. The history of the Gramzda church begins after the Duke of Kurzeme in 1567. the order issued for the construction of the church. In June 1941, at the beginning of the Second World War, the church was burned down, but already in the fall of the same year, the dragon festival was celebrated in the church. In 1944, at the end of the Second World War, the church was demolished again. Then only ruins remained. The restoration of the church began in 2009. Well, it has been restored again, and the sound of the new church bell again invites the congregation and guests to come, be silent, spend a moment with God.
